This Bellevue bathroom remodel focused on improving a compact layout through clean finishes, updated tilework, and a brighter, more modern look. The homeowners wanted a simple, efficient renovation that refreshed the room without major structural changes.

The shower was fully rebuilt using small-format white subway tiles arranged in a clean horizontal layout. Their handcrafted texture adds character while keeping the design timeless. The pebble-style shower pan introduces a natural contrast and improves underfoot grip. A frameless glass enclosure opens the space, preventing the room from feeling closed in.

The floor features large dark porcelain tiles chosen for durability and visual balance. The toilet and sink area were updated to match the new finishes, keeping the entire space cohesive.

Even though this is a smaller project, precision was essential — from tile alignment and waterproofing to glass installation and transitions. The result is a compact bathroom that feels fresh, practical, and well finished, providing the homeowners with a clean and updated everyday space.
