For this Mercer Island home, our clients wanted more than just a play area—they needed a functional, safe, and engaging space for their kids to explore indoors. As a full-service remodeling company, we transformed an unused corner of their house into a vibrant custom playroom tailored to their family’s needs.
We collaborated with grOH Playrooms, specialists in play-based design, to develop a layout that combines physical activity with creative stimulation. The build includes a mounted rock-climbing wall, rope net, and a suspended ladder—all securely anchored and positioned with safety in mind. Durable engineered wood flooring and cushioned mats offer comfort without sacrificing aesthetics.
From structural planning to final finishes, every element was thoughtfully selected to ensure long-term usability and visual harmony with the home’s interior.
