White Kitchen & Living Room Remodel – Bellevue

This project transformed an older Bellevue kitchen and living room into a bright, open space with a clean, modern layout. The goal was to improve flow, increase storage, introduce durable finishes, and create a coordinated look across both rooms.

The kitchen was fully rebuilt with custom cabinetry, glass-front uppers, a large waterfall island, and upgraded modern appliances. New lighting and a continuous tile backsplash help keep the long wall visually balanced, while the added counter space improves everyday usability. The island features waterfall side panels and integrated storage, giving the kitchen a sculptural anchor point.

In the living room, we installed wide-plank hardwood flooring, refinished the built-ins, and updated the shelving for a more contemporary appearance. The floor connects both areas and makes the open space feel unified. Brick accents were preserved and refinished to maintain warmth and character.

The combined result is a functional, cohesive kitchen–living area designed for everyday comfort, entertaining, and long-term durability.
